The Deathmask of Ollanius is a piece of wargear in the new Codex: Astra Militarum. Ollanius Pius was said to have witnessed the end of the Horus Heresy and was martyred by Horus himself. he is one of the most revered Imperial saints and his deathmask is said to weep tears of blood in the presence of traitors.

yes, because the emphara didn't want worshipper, hell, he even made the Word Bearers turn traitors because they used to worship him as a god while he didn't want such a thing.
