Because he now has alot of pests to exterminate. The title might not be the best choice :)

I rather wonder why he is running around with a shirt/armour, but with a helmet.

That's Brother Earl, an Inquisitorial henchman who tells everyone he used to be a Marine, but really is just a guy who found a Marine-helmet. Well, according to the Howling Hooters story line...

Great marketing scheme from GW this, how to sell lots of un-brought demon models. Bring a rule out that everyone can use to have them for free in their army. Just ignore all the story arc, history and fluff of the game. GW makes a bucket full of dollars and empties a few warehouses. I’ve seen lists where armies can have 22+ d6 worth of psyker dice. It’s going to be a while yet to see if this rule can break the game, but if you can get two or three hundred points worth of extra models each turn, that cannot be good for the game. Especially as you can summon demon psykers to make your phase even more powerful. I can even see the next rule book saying you can no longer do this, then what does everyone do with their demon horde models, well GW will help you have your own demon army by selling you even more models.

I've yet to get the new rules, and I'm not sure I will be, but I'm assuming there is no way to counter it, and certainly not without Psykers.

Well my Tau have had there backsides handed to them on a plate. Even against normal non-summoning powers, it's very hard to stop any power. When they do summon a unit you have to pour fire into it as it's going to charge you next turn. That also stops you shooting the psyker unit. If you get luckly you can do enough damge before they summon too much. But as Tua players only get the d6 dice and have no psyker phase themselves, they are short changed.

Other armies that can get their backsides handed to them on a silver platter are Necron's, Dark Eldar, and even Black Templars but at least they get a +1 to any dice they get. Or you do what GW want you to do is buy allies, that can do somehting about this phase.

We now refuse to play any cheesebeard that uses summoning...there's 2 at our club and they're now finding it hard to get games
