wow, the emparah now needs to summon a legendary creature, like Fabius or maybe Karn the Bloody (i'm supposing the emparah is using a pre-heresy deck)

Yeah, it's by Fantasy Flight Games. I'm not up on the terminology, but I don't think it's technically a TCG because the new release packs always have the same cards.
